A vintage knife and fork set made by the Auböck Workshop, Vienna, circa 1950.

The body of the cutlery is made from stainless steel with the handles of each piece bound with tightly wrapped cane. This combination of materials is a signature of the prestigious Austrian workshop, and can be seen across their catalogue of designs from bookends to wine cradles.

The knife and fork both bare the Auböck stamp and are in excellent condition.
